2011 Auckland International Boat Show

The 2011 Auckland International Boat Show was hosted in the Viaduct Harbour from the 15th to 18th September and Sail Noumea was very fortunate to be involved.

The promotional "stand" was on board the Davidson 55 Starlight Express, owned by Royal Akarana Yacht Club (RAYC) Vice Commodore Mike Wilson, his brother Craig and their close friend Dan Stenhouse.

"Sail Noumea has benefited greatly by our representation at the boat show.  NZ regiatrations for interest are now at 60 boats across all divisions and the race is generating a significant following from non-sailors as well," said RAYC Commodore Matt Woodley.
